The Stakes Have NEVER Been Higher For NC's K-12 Schools.

Republicans understand the importance of education as a pathway to personal prosperity and a cornerstone of community development and future optimism. My opponent is the most far-left radical the Democrats have ever run for Superintendent. He's backed by George Soros and Planned Parenthood - the groups that launched vicious hit jobs on me through their friends in the media. They'll do anything to win this race. The Democrat nominee led the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation for six years and funded groups dedicated to undermining families, schools, and public safety. Here are some of the groups he supported while CEO of Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation: The "Police-free school" coalition that lobbies for the removal of school resource officers from schools as incidents of crime and violence at school have increased 84% in the past five years. The WEARE organization that brought Critical Race Theory (CRT) into schools in Wake County Groups that bring drag shows for children to communities across North Carolina Durham Beyond Policing movement to open prisons and defund the police in Durham Anti-government riots that tore down statues, burned cities, and destroyed businesses from 2018 - 2020. An anti-Jewish coalition that is responsible for seminars on college campuses that denigrate Israel and the Jewish community. The involvement of these Z. Smith Reynolds-funded organizations in anti-government demonstrations and their contributions to illegal immigration should concern every citizen in North Carolina. Do YOU want these groups to flourish in NC Schools? Voters in North Carolina are at a crossroads, choosing between an acceleration of extremist progressive policies or a return to traditional educational virtues. The stakes are high as the outcome of the NC Superintendent race will shape the state’s educational landscape for years to come.
