Submit your intentions Two Holy Masses, 7 Sorrows of the BVM,
March 21-22
Dear Friend,
On Day Two, our meditation and
prayers on the Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary, are: (1) Mary
Meets Jesus on the Way to Calvary (2) Mary Stands at the Foot of the Cross.
These two meditations focus on the utmost heartbreaking sorrows of
Mary, seeing her beloved son Jesus, for the first time, almost
unrecognizable, from the severe scourges and beatings, with blood
covering his body, barely able to stand up, carrying the heavy wooden
cross; then enduring the thick nails driven into His hands and feet,
the lifting of the cross, with Jesus barely able to breathe and the
indescribable agony, pain and torment Jesus suffered during the three
hours He hung on the Cross.
Here are the Day
Two prayers. If you haven’t had a chance to submit
your intentions or would like to update them, for the Two Holy Masses, from March 21-22,
including the Traditional Feast of the Seven Sorrows of the Blessed
Virgin Mary, please do so now.
Here are two more promises Our Lady
gave to St. Bridget of Sweden to those who meditate and pray on the
Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary:
“I will give them as much as they
ask for as long as it does not oppose the adorable will of my divine
Son or the sanctification of their souls."
“I will defend them in their
spiritual battles with the infernal enemy and I will protect them at
every instant of their lives."
The last promises will be included
in Day 3.
Together, let us storm heaven to
ask Our Sorrowful Mother, who is called “hope for the troubled” to
intercede for all our needs, our suffering brothers and sisters around
the world and most especially for Cardinal Burke to receive an
abundance of grace.
Yours in the Sorrowful and
Immaculate Heart of Mary,
