At the end of each quarter, I'd usually ask you to chip in to our campaign before our FEC deadline. It is no doubt important for us to win this election in November, as accessible, accountable, and responsible leadership is critically important.

However, these are not normal times. Rather than ask you to support my campaign, I am going to ask you to make a contribution to the United Way's COVID-19 Response Fund.

The United Way is supporting those impacted by COVID-19 across the country and right here in upstate New York. Your generosity will help people get food, shelter, vital support and accurate information. Your support will save lives and lessen the economic pain many are feeling.

With the coronavirus pandemic presenting millions of Americans with unprecedented hardship, we must lead with our hearts. I believe with every fiber in my being that love conquers all.

If we are going to defeat the coronavirus, it will be because we all joined together to love and support our neighbors, our friends, our communities, and our most vulnerable.
