AJC International Director of Interreligious Affairs, Rabbi David Rosen, introduces his overview of AJC’s involvement in global interfaith relations by highlighting AJC’s pioneering history and achievements in the field. In addition to reviewing Jewry’s main relationships with the Christian world, in which AJC has played such a leading role, Rabbi Rosen will report on and assess recent historic inroads with the Muslim world and offer a review of the broad range of work and issues of focus of the major world multifaith bodies in which AJC assumes a prominent position. Rabbi Rosen has been described as AJC’s Ambassador for Judaism to the Religions of the World.
