from AIPAC’s annual conference just revealed that the pro-Israel lobby
plans to continue advocating for $14 billion in unconditional military
support for Netanyahu’s war in Gaza. That’s unconscionable and completely
out of step with the vast majority of Democratic voters.
Over 30,000 Palestinian civilians have been killed and Netanyahu is
blocking the humanitarian aid people need to survive in Gaza, but AIPAC
remains 100% behind the U.S. continuing to fund this horrific slaughter.
Now, AIPAC is working overtime to try to unseat pro-Peace progressives
(like Bernie Sanders and Rashida Tlaib) who criticize Netanyahu’s horrific
war. That’s why an organization like AIPAC — which endorses
insurrectionists and plans to target progressives with $100 million in
attack ads — has no place in Democratic primaries.
We’re urging the Democratic Party to Reject AIPAC and keep their
anti-peace, anti-progressive dark money out of Democratic primaries. We’re
doing this work with over 20 other progressive organizations — and

No matter how brutal and immoral Netanyahu’s war against the Palestinian
people gets, AIPAC will be there supporting Netanyahu. Is that what the
Democratic Party wants to be aligned with?
Does the Democratic Party want to be aligned with the group ready to spend
$100 million of right-wing money against Summer Lee, Pramila Jayapal,
Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, Cori Bush, AOC, and other pro-Peace
progressives?
This is not what the Democratic Party should stand for. The Party should
not let AIPAC have such a heavy influence on Democratic primaries. It’s
time for the entire Democratic Party to Reject AIPAC.
