A candidate Trump endorsed won the Republican primary for US Senate in Ohio last night.
From now until November, Bernie Moreno, Trump’s allies, and Mitch McConnell’s super PACs will spend tens of millions of dollars attacking Democratic Senator Sherrod Brown so Republicans can take control of the Senate.
The New York Times calls this "perhaps the most consequential race in the battle for the Senate this November." And what’s scary is that both Cook Political Report and Larry Sabato’s Crystal Ball have rated Ohio's US Senate race a toss-up.

You probably already know that Sherrod Brown has always stood up for workers – whether it’s against Wall Street or powerful corporations. He stood up to Big Pharma to cap the cost of insulin and allow Medicare to negotiate lower drug prices. Reelecting Sherrod Brown is a MUST to protect our pro-choice Senate majority.
Bernie Moreno is endorsed by Trump. He supports a national abortion ban, opposes even the existence of a minimum wage, and would eliminate the Affordable Care Act.
Moreno exploited political connections, campaign contributions, and public board appointments for years to steer government contracts and taxpayer dollars toward his own businesses.
When Moreno was sued for refusing to pay his workers the overtime they’d earned, he deliberately shredded evidence he was legally required to keep to get out of paying them. After he got caught, he repeatedly lied about the case and multiple fact checks found his excuses "false."
This is a race we cannot afford to lose, which is why Republicans have already committed millions to defeating Sherrod Brown.
Please chip in 10 bucks to Sherrod Brown’s U.S. Senate campaign here.
Thanks for being a bold progressive.
