Since January 1st, Bob has secured big victories for Washingtonians. These
victories continue his decade-long track record of taking on the biggest
fights as Washington’s Attorney General — and winning.

Now Bob’s running to take on the biggest fights as Washington’s next
Governor.

But while he focused on the people of Washington, Bob was prohibited  from
accepting any donations — all while our anti-choice Republican opponent
raised $1 million because the fundraising freeze did not apply to him.

So before we recap Bob’s wins, [ [link removed] ]please chip in $5, $10, or whatever you
can to help us rebuild momentum after the fundraising freeze.

Protecting Consumer Rights

Bob was the first attorney general to file a lawsuit to block the merger
of two major grocery store chains, Kroger and Albertsons. Bob fights
hard to protect workers and consumers and this proposed merger would
harm both.

Standing up for Survivors of Violent Crimes

Public safety is a top priority for Bob. This year, his office secured
convictions of two men for felony child rape following an undercover
investigation.

Enforcing Important Gun Safety Reform

After Washington passed a state law to ban the sale of assault weapons
and ammunition magazines that hold more than 10 rounds, Bob enforced
that law.

Bob’s investigation team discovered that Federal Way Discount Guns
continued to sell thousands of high-capacity magazines after the ban on
high capacity magazines went into effect. Thanks to Bob and his team,
Federal Way Discount Guns must now pay $3 million for flagrantly
violating these important laws.

Expanding Access to Affordable Health Care

Bob’s office investigated and brought a lawsuit against Providence, one
of the country’s largest health care systems, for creating barriers for
thousands of patients who were legally entitled to financial aid for
their medical bills. Now, Providence must provide $157.8 million in
refunds and debt forgiveness for nearly 100,000 Washingtonians.

Combating The Opioid Epidemic

Public relations firm Publicis Health played a major role in fueling the
opioid epidemic. Bob set out to ensure they would pay for the damage
they caused. Last month, Bob announced that Publicis must pay Washington
state nearly $8 million. With this latest win, Bob’s office has
recovered more than $1.2 billion that must be used to combat the
fentanyl and opioid crisis in Washington.

Bob accomplished all of this and more in just three months. He’s ready to
deliver for our economy, our environment, and the people of Washington as
our next Governor.

But he can’t get there without supporters like you.
