Do you know what our 338 useless MPs did on Monday?



They spent the whole day furiously debating a motion about a long-standing conflict in the Middle East.



Watching this absurd show, you would think that Canada’s position will determine the outcome of the conflict.



But of course, that’s not at all the case.



This motion will have precisely ZERO impact on what’s happening there.







So why waste all this time pretending that it will?



It was all about virtue signalling and appealing to different constituencies, of course.



About trying to score political points by choosing sides in a conflict that doesn’t directly concern us, and about which there is nothing we can possibly do.



John, while all the establishment parties focus on foreign wars in the Middle East and Ukraine, Canada becomes more dysfunctional by the day.
