John — Earlier this month, Oregon legislators concluded their 2024 legislative session, making progress on critical issues – including housing and homelessness, summer learning, the state’s addiction crisis, campaign finance reform, and more.
Governor Kotek is excited that lawmakers approved her housing production legislation, which will now help make housing in the state more available and affordable.
The legislature also took action to increase educational support for students this summer and implement campaign finance reforms with bipartisan support.
Because of the hard work of legislators in this year’s session, Oregon will be a stronger, better place to live. Tina thanks all the lawmakers for their cooperation this session in achieving consensus and making progress.
Will you add your name to thank Oregon lawmakers for a productive legislative session?
Thank you for showing your support to get things done!
