After Republican politicians removed me from my post as Wisconsin’s Secretary of Agriculture for standing up for small farmers, I told the Wisconsin Examiner that my mother used to repeat:
“‘Brad, you were given two ears and one mouth for a reason. Listen, twice as much as you speak.’”
And I never forgot this.
As I travel the state to talk to farmers, rural residents, and small business owners, I not only listened to them, I heard them. And the devastating reality I heard being repeated over and over was this: our state government was leaving them behind.
I am proud of what I’ve been able to accomplish with your support but there’s so much more I need to do to 1️⃣support our small farmers, 2️⃣repair our roads and expand broadband access, and 3️⃣expand health care coverage for all.
And the key to doing all this? Keeping my seat.
Friend, my far–right Republican opponent has no interest in standing up for working Wisconsinites and small farmers and is planning on undoing all the progress we’ve made. I’m not going to lie, this is going to be a tough fight, but together, we can show them that District 32 has no interest in moving backwards. Will you support my reelection campaign with a donation of any amount today?
