Friend,

Trump’s rallies are going off the rails more than usual lately. Not in a sold-out stadium, rambunctious crowd kind of way, but in more of an angry old man who’ll burn it all down kind of way. The scary thing is, the media has completely normalized it.

We’ll give you an example. Last week, Trump took the stage in front of dozens of people and said that if he doesn’t win, it will be a “bloodbath” for the entire country. The media barely covered it. It got covered as “Oh, it’s just Trump being Trump.”

No.

He is saying exactly what he wants to have happen. If he loses, he is calling for violence. He did it last time! His mob stormed the Capitol and almost killed Mike Pence. Now, he calls the people who attacked the Capitol to overthrow the 2020 election “patriots.”

You spelled “terrorists” wrong, Donald.

Trump is broke. He is weaker than before. He’s flailing. That makes him more dangerous to our democracy, not less. We keep saying it, over and over: When Trump and MAGA tell you what they are going to do, believe them.

We’re here to fight him, every step of the way.

We’ll make sure he never has the power of the presidency again. Remember when he had the Justice Department threaten our founders by name in the aftermath of 2020? We do.  Now he’s calling for the January 6th committee to be jailed. He’s calling for a bloodbath. The media hears “Trump being Trump.” His followers hear marching orders.

He means it.

We mean it too. This is the defining election of our time. For our country and our democracy. We win, democracy wins. We lose? He’s telling you what’s going to happen. Are you with us?
