Washington, DC - Today, Congressman Van Drew spoke at a House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Markup to oppose the construction of offshore wind turbines due to their disastrous effects on various industries and sectors. Despite this, President Biden and Governor Murphy continue to advocate for the expansion of offshore wind projects. We must consider alternative energy sources that would not destroy our ecosystems, burden our taxpayers, and threaten the security of our nation.
