John,
Did you realize that some forms of child pornography are protected under current creative expression laws? We're in a digital age, folks, and it's about time our laws catch up.
Currently, these rights are protected by The Supreme Court’s sweeping interpretation of the First Amendment.
However, it is time to bring national awareness and create federal laws to ban the sexual exploitation of children through AI-generated technology!
Our kids are at stake here. You wouldn't believe it, but AI-generated child pornography is real and growing at light speed.
Sickening, right? And our current laws? They're struggling to keep up.
We're calling on Speaker of the House Johnson to ban all AI-generated child pornography.
This isn't just about keeping up with technology. It's about giving the folks who protect our children - the US Attorney General's office, solicitors, and law enforcement - the laws they need to fight back.
Let's update our federal laws. Let's protect our children.
Standing Together, Anna Derbyshire and the entire CitizenGO Team P.S. - Very few know about this. I didn’t. Did you? Please share this information and petition far and wide. The more folks who know, the louder our voices will be. Thank you. Here's the email we sent you earlier on this:
Demand Speaker of the House Johnson, Ban all AI-generated child pornography! Empower our law enforcement to prosecute this digital-age menace. Protect our children from sexual exploitation. Don't let the shadows of depravity steal the innocence of youth.

Dear John,
Did you realize that some forms of child pornography are protected under current creative expression laws? Yes, artistically created child pornography, designed to promote the sexualization of children, is considered a freedom of expression. This includes action cartoons, drawings, comic books, and now AI-generated child pornography.
As a mother and grandmother I was shocked to discover these rights are currently protected by The Supreme Court’s sweeping interpretation of the First Amendment! I didn’t know this! Did you?
Unfortunately, and with great frustration, we cannot be rid of all of the forms of creatively produced child pornography. For example there is absolutely nothing that can be done about cartoon depicted child pornography! (Beleive me I have tried!)
However, thankfully, Alabama and South Carolina are taking steps to address AI-generated child pornography with bills proposed in their state legislatures.
I am bringing this to you because, now is the time to bring national awareness and create federal laws to ban the sexual exploitation of children through AI technology.
The Alabama Reporter states that current child pornography laws don't specifically address digitally produced or manipulated media. Weaver's bill aims to change that by addressing material created through "digitization or any other electronic process."
Sign our petition asking Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, to create federal law to fight AI-generated child pornography.
We are facing these hard facts:
1) Technology is moving at light speed 2) Criminals are taking full advantage of their rights to exploit children 3) We are witnessing a rise in child exploitation worldwide 4) Federal Law moves slowly
The flood of deep fake child sexual abuse images (images that look like real children but may be computer generated) overwhelms investigators, leading to wasted resources on rescuing virtually-created children.
At the same time, the images and videos of sexually abused children are used through AI to create even more disturbing pornography.
PLUS, images of children pulled from online social media, who are not victims of abuse, are portrayed through AI-generated images as having been abused. Causing families the horror of false accusations and unfounded investigations.
Add your voice to our petition calling on Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, to create a federal law to ban AI-generated child pornography.
Since AI-generated child pornography is utterly FREE of LEGAL RESTRAINT, child pornography, perpetrators are finding ways to exploit children and avoid prosecution under the guise of creative expression.
Even more, these images are created to groom and coerce new victims.
This isn't about potential harm; it's happening now and needs immediate action! The Internet Watch Foundation warns that the already-alarming proliferation of child sexual abuse images could worsen if controls on AI tools that generate deepfake photos aren't implemented. Governments and technology providers must act quickly to prevent a flood of AI-generated images from overwhelming law enforcement and expanding the pool of potential victims. Perpetrators are using AI to create imagery tailored to their specifications, normalizing the rape and abuse of real children.
By communicating the realities of this problem widely, we can foster discussions about the darker side of this incredible technology. If we do nothing, children will continue to be targeted through AI-generated child pornography, and predators will remain within their rights to exploit them.
If we win this campaign, laws will empower the Attorney General's office and law enforcement to fight these corrupt practices and protect children from further sexual exploitation. There is hope, but only if we make a significant effort now. We need your help to continue fighting the evil of our day. We must act now before more damage is done. We cannot remain silent on this one. It affects us all!
Join us in demanding federal law, calling for a federal ban on AI-generated child pornography. Standing Together, Anna Derbyshire and the entire CitizenGO Team P.S. Please share the petition with as many people as possible after signing. Together, we can stop this atrocity!
