Making history again in the primary election, Lauren Underwood has officially been elected as the Democratic nominee for Illinois’ 14th congressional district!
Not only was Lauren the youngest Black woman to serve in Congress in 2018, but she made history when elected to co-share a House Committee, making her the first Black woman to have an elected Democratic leadership position since Shirley Chisholm in 1970!
Representation matters, John. Celebrate Lauren’s victory by signing this card to congratulate her win.
