Equal pay, that is.

Today, is equal pay day in the United States.

A woman has to work 3-months more a year to earn what a man does.

And Latinas earn only 54-cents for every $1 a white male does.

The wage gap costs women almost $900 billion every year.

On March 27, 2019 the House of Representatives voted 242-187 to pass the Paycheck Fairness Act with bipartisan support. Now, we need it to pass in the U.S. Senate
