In his latest attempt to escape his wildly unpopular record, Scott issued a non-binding U.S. Senate resolution "expressing sympathy" for families dealing with infertility after the Alabama Supreme Court ruled that frozen embryos have the same rights as children under state law.
But we know the truth, and actions speak louder than words. Scott's empty resolution means nothing when he refused to support legislation with concrete protections for IVF, and even co-sponsored a national abortion ban.
