As I’ve shared before, I experienced a lot of bullying when I was a kid because of my height. Or, should I say, lack thereof. Because of a rare genetic disorder, I was always at least a head shorter than the other kids. By age 15, I was still an inch under 5 feet tall, and I never got any taller.
So when I heard Donald Trump mock Joe Biden's stutter, I knew the deep pain and shame that so many surely felt.
Friends, I don’t know why Donald Trump is so pathologically cruel. I don’t know if he experienced his own emotional trauma as a child or if it’s just more evidence of his sociopathic tendencies. But one thing I know for sure is that this man must never, ever be allowed near the White House again.
