March 19, 2024 [ [link removed] ] ? 20003-229-EM-23(Record No. 17443) Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission?s (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power d/b/a Black Hills Energy (Cheyenne Light or the Company), for authority to implement Transmission Cost Adjustment Mechanism (TCAM) rates of $0.03041 per kilowatt hour (kWh) Residential, $0.02594 per kWh Commercial, $0.02187 per kWh Secondary General Service, $0.01983 per kWh Primary General Service, $0.02129 per kWh Industrial Contract Service, $0.01890 per kWh for Industrial Transmission Service, and $0.01578 per kWh for Lighting Service. *The public hearing is set to commence on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 9:00 am in the Commission?s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.*
