This summer, the Biden Administration will officially launch the American Climate Corps with about 20,000 workers! This program became the law of the land with your support.

This is just the beginning. President Biden has committed to expand the program to 70,000 workers by 2031.

These jobs will employ young people throughout the country and will focus on installing renewable energy and making communities resilient to the extreme weather climate change creates. These positions will kickstart making the Green New Deal a reality.

In the face of cynicism and fear, we never lost hope. We kept organizing for a federal climate corps, and we won.

We ignited a mass movement to stop the climate crisis and won the American Climate Corps. Don’t ever forget—when we come together, we win.
