The GOP loves to claim that they’re the party of constitutional freedoms, but they also love to deny those same freedoms to LGBTQ+ youth. 78% of transgender youth reported experiencing discrimination due to their gender identity. And what are we doing to protect them?
Over 500 anti-LGBTQ+ bills were introduced just last year, many of them intent on barring kids from doing normal things like using the restroom, learning about their bodies, and even playing sports.
But somehow drag queens reading books are the problem? Give us a break.
