We're going to win 53,000 votes in 9 states by running 1,000 local Democratic candidates in targeted battleground districts. Candidates, county committees, and volunteers will have thousands of neighbor-to-neighbor conversations, generating enthusiasm and expanding the electorate.

Leveraging the "reverse coattails" effect means we can reliably persuade, mobilize, and turn out a new crop of voters for Democrats up and down the ballot.
