FIRST: An Alabama Supreme Court ruling created deep uncertainty about the future of IVF, which has helped countless couples struggling with infertility start a family.

THEN: Anti-abortion extremists in Congress refused to pass legislation that would protect access to IVF services across the country.

NOW: The Alabama legislature passes legislation that fails to fully protect access to IVF services in Alabama, leaving the future of IVF with uncertainty in the state.

Since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, reproductive rights across the country have been attacked at every turn.
