The primary is over, and the ballot is set. North Carolina’s 2024 gubernatorial election WILL be a face-off between Josh Stein (D) and Mark Robinson (R). After months of polls showing a statistical TIE between the candidates, we need to gauge where things stand in the days following the primary. Josh Stein is a longtime public servant with a record of fighting for our rights and freedoms, protecting consumers, and delivering for people. Mark Robinson is a fringe conspiracy theorist who wants to ban abortion, make it harder to vote, undermine public education, and threaten the progress we’ve made on everything from expanding healthcare access to fighting climate change.
