The most important deadline of our campaign so far is just hours away.

The National Republican Congressional Committee and dark-money groups show no signs of stopping their attacks against Andy, even now.

We can't stop either. There's too much at stake for working families at this moment to let our first official fundraising report of the year show any signs of weakness.

As Emily mentioned in her email on Sunday, we've had to make a lot of changes to our campaign plan to keep our team safe and healthy.

But the reality is, if we shut down our campaign completely, we'll be hammered relentlessly with the same false attacks we've been seeing all along. And if the opposition wins, working families will lose.

We have so many fights ahead -- like expanding our health care, protecting Social Security and Medicare, and ending Citizens United. But first, we have to show we're ready to win each one by submitting the strongest fundraising report we can to the Federal Election Commission after tonight's midnight deadline.
