Hi John
Just like anywhere else, the countryside should be a place for people to lay down their roots and plan for the future.
But right now, a whole generation is being priced out of the countryside by a broken housing model that prioritises greed over need.
Big developers have been given free rein to build whatever gives them the most profit, while young people are forced to leave the places where they grew up - deprived of a home they can genuinely afford to live in.
Will you take a stand with us?
We all have a role to play in turning this broken model on its head. Now, in the run-up to a big general election, we have a major opportunity to shift the focus of our housing system from greed to need.
Together we can secure a political promise for a new generation of affordable homes, linked to local wages, that ensures everyone has a foundation for a decent life.
Politicians are finally starting to listen, but it’s going to take all of us to win this debate. Join our call by adding your name.
Thanks for your support,
Brad
