Clayton is a pro-choice, pro-union Democrat who will work hard to protect our communities and ensure people are held accountable appropriately.
On the other hand, our opponent Eileen Burke has deep ties to the Republican Party. She tapped Republicans to be her campaign manager and campaign treasurer. She has personally donated to multiple Republicans in close races against Democratic women. She lost the Cook County Democratic Party’s endorsement amid questions over her Republican ties. And now, MAGA extremist Fraternal Order of Police President Jon Catanzara is encouraging Republicans to meddle in the Democratic Primary to elect Burke.
The future of our criminal justice system is on the line. We can’t go back to the bad old days of wrongful convictions and bad policies. Clayton will move Cook County into the future we need. Thank you for standing with us!
