POLITICO: New Jersey AG says controversial ballot design in Senate race to replace Menendez is unconstitutional.
Andy Kim's opponents in the NJ Senate race were planning to design the Democratic primary ballot with Andy's name hidden and his opponent’s name up at the top near President Biden’s.
Andy sued against this decades-long corrupt practice. Nobody thought he could win. But the state Attorney General just sided with Andy, refusing to defend the state's corrupt practice in court!
On the same day, the Mayor of Jersey City switched his endorsement to Andy from his opponent – saying he's running the better campaign with a clearer anti-corruption message.
