*Governor?s Big Game License Coalition allocates $1.8 million for conservation projects*

CHEYENNE ? The Wyoming Governor?s Big Game License Coalition finalized its 2024 project funding and will allocate $1.8 million for Wyoming wildlife conservation projects. A total of 78 projects that benefit the committee?s five priorities were funded. *Funds were generated through the sale of the Wyoming Governor's complimentary big game licenses in 2023. *Game and Fish Commission approves Feedground Management Plan*

CHEYENNE ? The Wyoming Game and Fish Commission met in Pinedale last week for its March meeting. The Commission voted to approve the department?s Feedground Management Plan, the result of a four-year collaborative process. *Regional wildlife managers will now be tasked with developing adaptive Feedground Management Action Plans with local stakeholders. The Wyoming Game and Fish Commission voted to identify the Sublette antelope migration corridor and directed the Wyoming Game and Fish Department to advance in the designation process at its meeting last week in Pinedale.?*Game and Fish wildlife managers are now tasked with drafting a biological risk assessment in collaboration with local government, stakeholders and affected landowners.
