Today, Volkswagen workers in Chattanooga filed for their election to join the UAW.
Just 100 days after they started signing union cards, VW workers are ready to Stand Up and vote YES for their union.
Chattanooga’s VW workers are the first non-union autoworkers to reach this big milestone, but workers in dozens of non-union plants across the country are organizing to join them.
Their grassroots campaigns sprang up in the wake of our Big Three members’ record victories in the historic Stand Up Strike.
