Breaking news to no one, folks: The GOP is spreading lies again!

In her response to the State of the Union, Sen. Katie Britt chose to weaponize Karla Jacinto Romero’s experience with human trafficking to criticize President Biden’s border security efforts.

But here’s the thing: This happened from 2004 to 2008. You know, when Republican president George W. Bush was in office.

Now, Sen. Britt is backtracking and claiming she wasn’t trying to correlate Romero’s story with Biden’s border policies. But what else could she have been trying to do? This is someone’s life, not a piece of propaganda. By spreading these lies, Sen. Britt further contributes to the misinformation surrounding our border.

Republican lawmakers can’t keep getting away with this. Can we count on you to pledge to vote against misinformation this November: [link removed]

I’m in: Say no to misinformation: [link removed]

It’s time to take a stand and demand better from our elected officials. We can’t let blatant lies go unchecked, especially when they come from people in positions of power.

We depend on them to be accurate; now we’re counting on YOU to make your voice heard.

America doesn’t have time for liars like Sen. Britt. Pledge to vote for honesty and integrity this November: [link removed]
