In just a few days, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments in the case that threatens access to mifepristone — one of two safe, effective medicines most commonly used for medication abortion.

Keeping mifepristone available is essential to protecting access to abortion for people across the country. But if the Supreme Court rules to uphold the extreme decision of the lower courts, they would make it much harder to get medication abortion — and undermine the authority of the FDA.

Tell the Supreme Court to protect access to mifepristone, a safe and effective medication that has been used by millions of patients for more than two decades!

Activists and lawmakers opposed to abortion have been trying to use the courts to turn back the clock on the FDA's decision to lift medically unnecessary restrictions on mifepristone. If they get their way, this safe, effective medication could be further restricted and impossible for many people to access nationwide.

The attack on mifepristone is a gross injustice that could deny people the freedom to make their own health care decisions. Tell the Supreme Court: Protect access to care and keep mifepristone available for everyone when they need it!
