I just got out of a meeting with our fundraising team. According to the latest numbers, we’re still trailing tonight’s budget target by $5,762. 

I’ll be blunt: After missing our target last week, it would be devastating to come up short again tonight. Can I count on you to help us make up the difference so we can continue building the statewide campaign we need to keep Minnesota blue in November?

The stakes of this year’s election are higher than ever before, and every indication is that we have an extremely tough fight ahead of us this year.

Four consecutive polls have shown Donald Trump virtually tied with President Biden in Minnesota, and he’s vowed to make a “heavy play” to put himself over the edge and flip us red.

That means there is a tornado of lies, misinformation, and attack ads heading our way, and our entire team is working around the clock to build the operation we need to hold the line.

But I can’t say it enough: Absolutely none of our work is possible without the support of DFLers like you. And today, I’m asking you to help reach tonight’s goal so we can keep moving forward.
