Right after Andrea officially got on the ballot, we did a quick check-in of our fundraising numbers, and grassroots donations majorly slowed down. Getting on the ballot doesn’t mean we can slow down. In fact, it’s never been more important to keep up the momentum. With an extremist Republican opponent running to defeat us – one who would willingly follow Donald Trump’s every call to ban abortion, gut Social Security + Medicare, and undermine our democracy – now is not the time to fall behind. Now that we’re on the ballot, the stakes are even higher. I wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t important: Will you please make a donation to our campaign to put us back on track?
Team, these fundraising goals aren’t arbitrary. They are carefully calculated to ensure we can invest in the infrastructure we need to defeat our MAGA opponents and win in November. We can win this election, but it’s going to require the full support of this grassroots movement, and with Republicans targeting Andrea’s seat, we can’t take our foot off the gas now.
