Now more than ever, America needs leadership. From the White House to Congress to our state leaders in Texas, the people of TX-24 are in dire need of someone to pilot the ship in these troubling times.
Kim is just that.
From being one of the first boots on the ground in Iraq rebuilding a nation to serving in the Texas State Guard helping Texas families during times of crisis just like what we are experiencing today -- Kim is no stranger to leading under crisis.
That experience has helped her lead our district in the face of COVID-19. Since this outbreak began, Kim’s been focused on educating our community on public health measures meant to save lives. Here are some ways Kim has stepped up to fill the void of leadership in TX-24.
- We were the first campaign in the race to move our operations completely online
- We've conducted wellness checks for over 7,000 TX-24 constituents
- With the help of our volunteers, we provided translations of life-saving resources for families in TX-24
- We’ve made unprecedented efforts to reach eligible voters about voting by mail -- because our rights must be protected even in a pandemic
