People For the American Way

Friend,

Since taking office, and with the help of Senate Democrats, President Biden has made incredible progress toward restoring balance and integrity to our federal judiciary, with the confirmation of more than 180 highly qualified judges to lifetime appointments on the bench.

But shadowy right-wing special interest groups, like the Judicial Crisis Network, are doing everything they can lately to derail that progress – including launching smear campaigns based on lies and deceit in order to prevent nominees from being confirmed.

We can’t let such attacks prevail. The nominees being advanced by President Biden are eminently qualified, with a deep seated commitment to equal justice for all, not just for the wealthy and powerful.

We need your help to get these stellar nominees across the finish line. Call Majority Leader Chuck Schumer today and urge him to continue confirming each of President Biden’s judicial nominees. >>

What the right-wing special interest groups are doing is nothing new. It’s part of their longstanding attempt to pack the bench with far right conservative judges – ones that will rubberstamp the groups’ extreme and unpopular agenda. And by keeping these vacancies open longer, they are hoping to provide former President Trump with the opportunity to fill them if he wins in November.

We need your continued support in standing up to these forces by confirming  President Biden’s exceptional judges who will provide justice for ALL – not just the privileged and powerful.

These are nominees our courts – and our country – desperately need. Please call today and voice your support for confirming President Biden’s nominees. >>

If the Senate stays on track with the current slate of nominees, President Biden will surpass the number of judges confirmed by former president Trump, but that will only be possible with your advocacy today.

Thanks for all that you do to restore balance and integrity to our judiciary.

Zach, People For the American Way
