Ready for some good news? Ready to Win and Boss Ladies are back and now online!

Our top priority is keeping you and our communities safe and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic. But with the general election quickly approaching and the stakes higher than ever, we know we can’t let this slow our movement. Over the last few weeks, we’ve worked to make the New American Leaders experience even more accessible and inclusive through online programming!  

So far, we have two online trainings lined up for you:

• Ready to Win: April 18th and 19th, our signature training for candidates and people who want to be senior staff on campaigns, will now be held through a series of live and recorded sessions April 18th and 19th. We’ve waived our application fee and spaces are starting to fill up—apply now!  
• Boss Ladies: Rolling out the week of April 27th, our training to prepare the next generation of young women of color campaign staffers with IGNITE National, will be rolled out through a series of one-hour webinars the last week of April. Register now to get the links to join!

Among the many things this pandemic has exposed is the need for more New Americans and people of color—#PeopleLikeUs—to be in office. By taking one of these trainings, you are asserting your commitment to your community. This has always mattered, but it especially does these days when there is so much uncertainty. Now is the time we need people with our values leading the way.
