Yesterday, I reached out to you about our mid-month deadline at midnight tonight. And today, I need to be honest with you about our progress.

We are in a critical position right now, pacing far behind our fundraising goal. This is not the news I wanted to share with you today.

The thing is, at this point in the month, we should be at least 35% to our fundraising goal, but right now, we are 23% of the way there.

That is not what I was expecting, but it is our reality — for now.

I know that if you can make your first contribution to The Long Run before midnight tonight, we can inch closer and closer to that 35% mark.

So please. I am asking:

Can you please make a contribution to The Long Run ahead of our mid-month deadline at midnight tonight? We are quickly approaching our first end-of-quarter deadline of the election year and cannot afford to slow down.

I know this grassroots team has the power to flip red seats blue come Election Day, whether that be in Texas’ all-important Senate Race, in New York's 22nd district, or in legislative races up and down the ballot in Wisconsin. But I am going to need you by my side to get there.
