"This week, Special Counsel Robert Hur testified he did not pursue charges against President Biden for his alleged mishandling of classified documents.
Included in the report, Mr. Hur indicated "We [his team] have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory."
