Dear Patriot,
You may have seen the news – Fulton County Superior Court Judge McAfee just
threw out 6 of the 41 counts in the criminal action the ethically-challenged
District Attorney Fani Willis filed against President Trump. I was one of the
lawyers who President Trump asked to help challenge the illegality of the 2020
election, and for taking on that representation, I am named alongside President
Trump in the Georgia criminal action, including in one of the counts that have
now been dismissed. So out of the 9 counts naming me, it is “1 down, 8 to go!”
But the road ahead is still perilous and will be costly, requiring me to spend
a million dollars or more just to defend myself against these patently
political and frivolous charges – and that is in addition to the $1 million or
so I have already had to spend on legal fees in a slew of other matters arising
out of my representation of former President Trump. Will you step forward today

I am still named in six counts of “conspiracy” to, among other things,
impersonate a public official – the issue involving the alternate electors who
cast contingent votes as required to preserve their ability to be counted if
the then-still-pending election challenges had determined that President Trump
was actually the victor in Georgia.
And I’m still named in the broad and unprecedented RICO count – that is, Fani
Willis’s allegation that anyone who participated in efforts to challenge the
illegality of the 2020 election, or even to speak about it, was someone part of
a mob-like criminal enterprise.
Later this week or next week we expect to get a ruling on whether the Judge is
going to disqualify Fani Willis and her former lover, whom she appointed to be
the lead prosecutor in the case, from further involvement in the case.
Even if either or both of them is disqualified, that won’t be the end of the
case. Under Georgia law, the matter would then be referred to the Prosecuting
Attorneys Council, which would then do one of three things – 1) assign the case
to a prosecuting attorney in the Council’s own office; 2) assign the case to a
district attorney from another county in Georgia; or 3) appoint a private
attorney as special prosecutor to take over the case. The case will then
proceed under a new prosecutor.

I have already incurred more than $1 million in legal fees defending myself in
more than a dozen actions that have been brought against me – not just the
Georgia criminal case, but the California bar disciplinary action, the seizure
of my cell phone by the FBI in what I believe amounted to an unconstitutional
general warrant in violation of the Fourth Amendment, and subpoenas issued by
the hyper-partisan January 6 Committee in the prior Congress not just to me but
to my phone company and my former employer as well – all in a blatantly
transparent effort to “get Trump” and keep him from being re-elected as
President.
This is banana republic-type stuff, even Orwellian. Those in control of our
government are simply trying to silence those who disagree, and to punish
beyond measure anyone who dares to stand up to them.
I intend to stay in the fight. I ask for your support

and prayers to help me do so.
