Dear John,

We are all living in uncertain and difficult times as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. So this morning when I woke up and checked my phone, I was happy to see a message of compassion, strength and hope from His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

I want to share that message with you as a member of our community of compassion. I hope that, like me, you find comfort in the wisdom of His Holiness, especially in times like these.
