Bernie was on Face The Nation advocating for Peace and an end to the
outrageous U.S. support for Netanyahu’s war in Gaza:

AIPAC and the GOP want Bernie and pro-Peace progressives to stay silent on
the 30,000 Palestinians killed by Israel — but that’s not an option and
Bernie is continuing his courageous advocacy.

Bernie just wrote a letter to President Biden stating that continuing to
send money and weapons to Israel is not only unconscionable, it’s a
violation of the Foreign Assistance Act — which bars military support from
going to any nation that restricts the delivery of humanitarian aid.

Over 30,000 Palestinian civilians have now been killed in Gaza. And,
Netanyahu’s extreme right-wing government is blocking the food and water
Palestinian children need to survive. U.S. complicity in this horror must
end.

Bernie said on Face The Nation: “What you can say to Netanyahu, stop the
slaughter, allow the massive amounts of humanitarian aid that we need to
come in to feed the children. Please, please, please. Oh, but by the way,
if you don't do it, here's another $10 billion to continue the war.”

This is the kind of hypocrisy in the face of mass atrocities that is
coming to a head in the United States. And Bernie is not only calling out
the hypocrisy, he’s saying funding Netanyahu’s war is a violation of the
law.

We must continue amplifying Bernie’s call to protect the people of Gaza
and change the U.S. policies that are supporting the horrific violence
against the Palestinian people.
