Yesterday, Vice President Kamala Harris was in town to highlight the fact that Minnesota is an island of reproductive freedom in a sea of extreme Republican abortion bans and to reiterate the stakes of November’s election for abortion access.

While Democrats work to safeguard our freedoms, Donald Trump is bragging about handpicking three Supreme Court justices with the intention of overturning Roe v. Wade, saying he’s “proud” of unleashing a crisis of reproductive health care across our country.

John, here’s the bottom line: If Trump is re-elected, he could end abortion access nationwide – including in Minnesota. We cannot afford to take any chances, which is why we need your help today.

To ensure that all of our critical DFL programs (organizing, paid media, earned media, training, and more) can keep operating at full capacity, we still need to raise $8,265 by midnight.

Nora and I are meeting with Ken to give him an update on our progress toward this budget target at 2:00 pm, and I’m hoping we can make up some of this shortfall by then.
