Developmental testing includes five prototypes of the Stryker based system, which are used for weapons safety, automotive and road safety, cyber, and logistics validation testing. The Army expects to begin operational testing in the fall, likely in September. If IM-SHORAD meets the requirements, it is expected the Army will order 144 systems for four battalions. On Sunday, North Korea launched two missiles from its KN-25 super-large multiple rocket launcher.
