The NCAA has ignored Congress, its own committee members, state legislators, parents, and female athletes, but it can't ignore this. In what is being called "a day of reckoning" for President Charlie Baker, the country's biggest collegiate sports association is being taken to court over a radical transgender policy that has physically hurt, traumatized, and robbed young athletes of opportunities across America. "This is the time to speak up for all the women in the future," swimmer Reka Gyorgy insisted. "It's been two years, and nothing [has] happened. When will we change things if it's not now?"

Kamala Harris Calls Pro-Life Laws 'Immoral' on 1st VP Visit to Abortion Facility

As Kamala Harris became the first vice president to visit an abortion facility, the vice president denounced pro-life laws as "plain old immoral," said she wanted to "uplift" abortion, praised an abortionist as an "extraordinary health care provider," and asserted without proof that denying women access to pap smears and breast exams is one of the "potentially intended consequences" of overturning Roe v. Wade.

More than 420 Chemical Abortions Carried Out on 3 California College Campuses in 6 Months

Last year, California passed SB 24, a low that required "public colleges and universities to provide chemical abortions, or abortion pills, in their student health centers," The College Fix reported. Within the first six months, 203 chemical abortions were carried out at the University of California, 162 at California State University, and 62 at UC Law in San Francisco.

Poll after Poll Shows Biden Losing to Trump

As November draws steadily closer, yet another poll is showing support for former president Donald Trump surging ahead of support for incumbent Joe Biden. According to a HarrisX poll conducted in the days following Biden's State of the Union address, Trump is leading Biden by five percentage points (46% to 41%), with 13% of voters undecided.
