The annual Nottingham St Patrick’s Day event returns to Old Market Square on Sunday, celebrating the city and region’s vibrant Irish community and descendants.

Head to Old Market Square between 11.30am-4.30pm to enjoy a range of Irish and Irish-inspired live music and culture on stage including the Louie Walsh Band, Irish dancers and Comhaltas CeoltĂłirĂ­ Nottingham. There will also be food stalls selling traditional Irish stew and other delicacies.

Seth Lakeman was catapulted into the music mainstream when he was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize in 2005 for his album Kitty Jay.

2024 marks the 20th anniversary of the record, and to celebrate Seth will be touring again with his band, including long-time collaborators Benji Kirkpatrick, Ben Nicholls, Cormac Byrne and Alex Hart, playing the album and other live favourites.
