We may not be able to congregate outside the Supreme Court, but there’s still so much work to do.

This month, we started out in front of the Supreme Court. COVID19 may have stopped us from protesting outside, but it won’t slow us down one bit. Decision Days are approaching. So much is at stake — and we need your help.

3X Match Until Midnight Tomorrow

Wow. What a month, clearly.

We started out with three days in front of the Supreme Court.

March 2: hours after news broke that the Supreme Court would hear yet another challenge to the Affordable Care Act, we showed up to demand that the Court protect our care. March 3: as the Supreme Court heard a case that could decide the future of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, we showed up in solidarity with consumers and working people to demand that the Court protect the CFPB. March 4: while the Supreme Court listened to arguments in an abortion case that would open the floodgates for bills that make it nearly impossible for poor, working, and marginalized people to access abortion, we joined fellow advocates for reproductive justice and raised our voices in support of abortion access.

We may not be able to congregate outside the Supreme Court right now, but that doesn’t mean our work can stop. John Roberts and his Republican justices are holding up investigations into Trump’s tax returns. The Court may soon be terminating DACA, which would upend hundreds of thousands of lives. They may dismantle the ACA and rob Americans of access to affordable, high-quality health care. This is unacceptable.

We cannot let the Supreme Court play politics with our lives. We will continue to watch John Roberts and his right-wing justices. We will continue to mobilize online and remotely, even in this time of uncertainty and social distancing. We will continue to run ads, go on the air, and ensure that the hijacked Republican Supreme Court will not get away with their efforts to transform our society for the worse.
