Team, as you know, the circumstances right now require us to be an all-virtual campaign—which means no events, no voter contact, no in-person meetings.

That makes things tough ahead of our first FEC deadline of the year tomorrow. It means I’ll be relying on online donations more than ever before.

Other campaigns (like my opponent’s) rely on well-connected interest groups writing big checks at fancy dinners. Ours is built by a whole lot of people chipping in what they can when they can.

And I want that extensive grassroots support to shine through on our first FEC report of 2020. We set a goal to reach 7,500 donations—of any amount, even just a dollar—by tomorrow night.

In this challenging time, I’m asking you to chip in to this campaign only as you’re able. If you can, please chip in a donation before tomorrow’s deadline and help hit our grassroots goal:

A lot has changed about the world around us, but one thing hasn’t: Mitch McConnell has broken Washington, and time and again, he puts himself and his special-interest friends above the people of Kentucky.

Just take a look at what he’s doing during this crisis. As I write this, his campaign is airing attack ads about me—and the other day, we found out his super PAC allies are getting ready to sink over $10 million more into attacks in the months to come.

This will be an uphill battle—and that’s why I have no choice but to reach out today and ask for your support.

Even just a dollar is a strong symbol of grassroots strength—if you’re able, please chip in what you can before tomorrow night’s deadline:
