Gov. Justice signs Budget Bill
CHARLESTON, WV — Gov. Jim Justice today signed SB 200 ([link removed]) , the Fiscal Year 2025 budget that was passed by the West Virginia Legislature on Saturday, March 9.
The only changes to the budget bill were three objections.

Gov. Justice referenced the budget ([link removed]) during his regular Administration Update Briefing today.
The Governor also signed the following supplemental appropriations:
* SB 657 — Expiring funds from Excess Lottery Revenue Fund to General Revenue
* SB 695 — Supplementing and amending appropriations to Energy Assistance TANF and Child Care and Development
* SB 696 — Supplementing and amending appropriations to Department of Homeland Security Division of Emergency Management
* SB 697 — Supplementing and amending appropriations to DHHR Consolidated Medical Service Fund
* SB 698 — Supplementing and amending appropriations to DHHR Division of Human Services
* SB 703 — Supplementing and amending appropriations to Department of Homeland Security WV State Police
* SB 709 — Supplementing and amending appropriations to Department of Arts Culture and History National Coal Heritage Area Authority
* SB 710 — Supplementing and amending appropriations to State Board of Education Aid for Exceptional Children
* SB 868 — Supplementary appropriation to Department of Commerce Geological and Economic Survey
* HB 5014 — Supplementing and amending appropriations to West Virginia University General Administration Fund
* SB 643 — Supplementing and amending appropriations to Department of Education School Building Authority
* SB 644 — Supplementing and amending appropriations to Department of Commerce Division of Forestry and Geological and Economic Survey
* SB 650 — Supplementing and amending appropriations to Higher Education Policy Commission Fairmont State University
* SB 656 — Supplementing and amending appropriations to DHHR Division of Human Services
* SB 663 — Supplementing and amending appropriations to Division of Administrative Services Criminal Justice Fund
* SB 665 — Supplementing and amending appropriations to DHHR Division of Health
* SB 876 — Supplementing and amending appropriations to Department of Health and Human Resources Health Facilities
* SB 877 — Supplementing and amending appropriations to Higher Education Policy Commission
