The split screen between President Biden’s words and actions and the GOP’s response, both during the speech and after on Fox News , was stark.

While President Biden spoke of investing in schools, lowering costs, and protecting veterans’ benefits, Republicans sat on their hands and jeered at the progress.

President Biden was fired up talking about bold policy plans he’s working on. So much so that even the pundits on Fox News agreed that he sounded great. In fact, they accused him of being over-caffeinated or on drugs to rationalize their rare compliment. I mean, come on.

The last three years of President Biden’s leadership have demonstrated remarkable growth for our country, and I’m a proud partner to his work from the U.S. Senate.

But the GOP will thwart and obstruct everything President Biden tries to accomplish. That’s why it’s so crucial that we re-elect him AND defend our Democratic Senate majority — so we can keep up the work.
