AFL Lawsuit Against Biden Weaponized DOJ’s Produces Hundreds of Records on Radical Biden Appointees
WASHINGTON, D.C. – As a result of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, America First Legal (AFL) received a production from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) that exposed critical information on the political appointees in the Biden Administration that are working behind closed doors to implement Joe Biden’s extremist agenda—including at the weaponized Department of Justice.
AFL obtained resumes, SF-50s, ethics pledges, and more as a result of this suit. These documents detail the appointees’ full names, salaries, titles, work histories, the agencies they work for, and more. Some highlights include:
- Former political appointees in the Obama Administration–including in the White House and at DOJ;
- One person who previously worked for the Obama Foundation and the ACLU;
- One person who was previously the Legal Director for Muslim Advocates;
- Two people who worked for Arnold Ventures (AV), the left-wing group created by John Arnold, America’s next George Soros;
- Several people who were either associated with or worked for the Center for American Progress;
- One person who worked extensively on causes relating to immigration, including “debunking” supposed myths related to immigrant crime, discussing fears of immigrants in the United States, and asserting that illegal immigration does not increase crime;
- One person who has litigated cases and advocated on behalf of illegal immigrants at the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund (MALDEF);
- Several people who worked for the NAACP;
- At least ten people have worked for Democratic members of Congress;
- Many former political operatives on the Biden presidential campaign and transition team.
Almost all of their resumes highlight their efforts to promote “diversity, equity, and inclusion” — including one who even founded an “Institute for the Study of Global Racial Justice.”
All of these documents are now uploaded and publicly available on AFL’s Woke Wagon database, which allows Americans to view all the information on who exactly is running the DOJ.
The Department of Justice has become increasingly weaponized against the American people – specifically conservative, freedom-loving, and law-abiding Americans. America First Legal is taking the necessary legal measures to ensure that the public knows who is behind the radical, destructive, and anti-American agenda of Biden’s DOJ.
